First day of ASM training (self.starbucksbaristas)

I start my first day of ASM training tomorrow! I know it’s on a partner to partner basis based off of what is discussed in your PDC, but I’m just wondering what the general outline for training looks like starting off. What do the first 30 days look like? Any useful information or tips that you have from your experience?

The ASM first 30 are the same for everyone my best advice for you is to take notes on anything you want to go over or think you may need to refer too it’s a lot of information even for 30 days of training and ask questions nothing in the training covers Covid and while it is becoming less of a problem the more you know about procedures the better! Hope that helps!
