Or they get super nosey about how I’m making “their” drink when I’m on drive thru bar and they ordered in lobby. “NO NO I DONT WANT CARMEL!!” Good, you’re not getting any🙄

Had a lady ask for extra caramel the other day, and when she saw I didn’t add it (to a hot drink for cafe, she ordered iced…) she started throwing a little tantrum.

Lmao stop omg this guy ordered s grande or venti frappuccino once, i forget exactly which size but it was one of em. Anyway there was a hot grande drink on the hand off counter and this guy comes up and grabs the drink to inspect the cup but continues to ask me "is this my caramel frappuccino?"...i said "no sir, that is a grande hot drink. Ur frozen blended beverage will be right out 🙃"

this and when people micromanage drinks that they think are theirs when im on bar are my BIGGEST pet peeves. its to the point where if I get a customer telling me how to make a drink whether it is or isnt theirs when im on bar all my coworkers expect me to and know that ill get pissed off. I also hate when people dont listen when I call out names and they either get pissed off because they dont realize I called out their drink 20 minutes ago or I have to stop them from drinking from a drink that isnt theirs even when I call out something like "hot chai tea latte for brad!" and theyre sandra and they got an iced coffee. dont you just adore when people dont listen?

I also need to add using my wall as the condiment station even though I just pointed them to it and asked them not to fix their drinks on top of my bar, where they proceed to make and leave a mess. 🤦

the other day i called out a drink and a lady picked it up, and took a drink, only to set it down and say that’s not what she ordered, so i looked at the sticker and asked her if the name on the cup was hers and of course no, so i told her that wasn’t her drink, and she seemed angry ? it was super busy in cafe and we had a super long dt line,, so she got to wait even longer, for her tall cappuccino, that certainly wasn’t the venti caramel macchiato she took a drink from
