Does working IPOS get easier? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Today was my first day training and was on IPOS all day. I think I did pretty good for never doing a cashier job before, but it was a struggle of figuring out custom order drinks and doing big orders and doing change when someone paid with cash (I’m not good at counting coins and got super anxious). Do I just need to give it time?

yes it gets way easier!! a couple tips, take pics of the screens and practice at home, also the custom screen is organized horizontally by type so you can look at the first column for some direction on where stuff will be. generally once you start learning the components the whole system is super self explanatory! but all the other stuff gets way easier with practice too
