Lol yea people ask for bigger quantities of pastries such as ur story sometimes at my store too and they themselves tell us that they dont mind if its frozen. This lady one time came to order a bunch of one kind of pastry and said she doesnt mind if its frozen. So my manager goes to the back to grab them and I was on register and I saw that the lady was just standing there at the register waiting for the stuff even though there was a line behind her. So I told the lady "maam after we ring up customers at the register, we kindly ask that u wait at the hand off area so we can take care of the rest of the customers in line".....she said "there should be no waiting!😡"....i said "ok" .. because at that point I knew that she was one of those types of people that is not worth wasting a brain cell over
