meh i don’t think it should be expected to look at the menu of a place before you get there. now if there’s a long line once you *do* get there, however….

yeah I think it's just customers that do this in a long line that bothers me. if there's no one behind them I'll be patient. I think the long line combined with people refusing to get off the phone or never opening their window and telling me they're deciding is what frustrates me

i feel like if youre unfamiliar with the place why dont you just go inside? it's so much easier to take everything in that way, plus if you have questions everyone is right there.

it’s one thing when people need to look at the menu. like sure whatever. but when they start asking the entire car what they want im like???? why couldn’t y’all have figured this out sooner 😭 and just yesterday i had a guy literally start calling his wife after he ordered his first drink to see what she wanted like WHAT

Yeah I agree w this one. I ask them to let me know when they’re ready and start doing something else and i’m on the other side of the store and suddenly they start speaking

Lol i dont get it. Why are people like that? I always lool up the menus to a place im going to so i kno wat i want when i get there. My store is a cafe/mobile Only Store and people always do it after they have been standing in line for a while. U would think they kno wat they want by the time they reach the register. Nope. Also with pulling up the payment on their phone....its like they wait in line for a while and when they get up to the register, they dont kno wat they want but wen they finally order wat they want, their payment isnt ready on their phone and theyre always like "hold on im pulling up the app"....😑 im sure that happens in drive thru stores alot too. Its frustrating
