Customers asks for pike with an inch and a half of cream

we make drink and give it to her

I am on oven and she walks up to the counter behind me and says, “My drink is lukewarm at best.”

I, already put off, say “Yes, that makes sense.”

She says, “So, what now?”

And I have to explain that when you put 3oz of cold cream in a hot drink it makes it less hot. :)
