it could be. next shift, try to see if you can wash it off and monitor what happens. it might just be because it stays on our skin for long and dries. hope this helped a little

ME TOO! I have super sensitive skin and bad eczema but it always gives me a rash when I bar. Long sleeves are helpful, but not great in the summer. I try to wash my hands a lot in the summer, if I rinse it off it helps.

YES SAME!! I started wearing long sleeves to work because of that situation. But I make sure the sleeves are skin tight because if they're not, I have to pull them up a little bit and then my arm gets exposed again.

Oddly enough during peak I've found frap roast on my throat and collarbone area so I started to wear turtlenecks to work (which i never do) just to avoid the frap problem.

SAME HERE. I got some splashed on my neck last time and it immediately turned red and started itching like crazy. next day I woke up with a pimple on the same spot.

Maybe because it’s acidic?

I don't have such a strong reaction like you and some of the other partners here, but when it gets on my skin or face it BURNS. I don't break out in a rash but I definitely get a little red where it is left on my skin.

I get the same reaction to the wash soap

I’m allergic to our Chai. If i drink it i break out in hives for the next few days, and if it splashed on my skin (which happens almost everyday i work) i get red around the area it touched and itchy for the rest of the day. I’d say it sounds to me like you might be allergic to the frap roast. Not really sure i have any advice about how to avoid it though because i just have to deal with it at my store :((((
