i truly loved my job and everything about it until my ASM told me after i asked if i wasn’t promoted at this store could i apply for shift at another and she said, “you have to find you own replacement” this rubbed me the wrong way so much that i have a new job (being hired in as a supervisor) but i love starbies. if i leave and reapply at a different store do you think i would get hired?
