Every day this dude, sometimes twice, gets a tall pike in a venti, filled to the top with heavy cream and 7 raw sugars. My store is across the street from a methadone clinic so the amount of sugar some of these folks want is often even crazier than that

Almond milk and heavy cream tastes good to me, it sounds weird but makes my coffee tastes so good without having to add as much, but who knows the reasons other people have.

It effects the taste of the original drink, YES!
So they might as well make it at home and sub (iced coffee) all that cream “lowers the caffeination” in my opinion. Everything on here can be happily purchased in store 😂
