thanks for your understanding and support obviously some of these folks never been to a drive thru store or may have not been properly taught how times work and affect the store :) anything over 4 in the drive is inconsiderate drink-wise

The difference between big cafe orders and big DT orders is that with big Cafe orders, as long as you yourself have patience, there’s not a single issue in the world. Your stuff will all be out eventually and asap, we promise. But if you have a large order in drive thru, even if you ARE patient as all hell knows, the person behind you most likely isn’t. And then behind them, and so on. If some guy behind that order has nothing but a Venti Dark Roast getting cold, he’ll be more upset than you having to wait, trust me. We don’t hate anyone with big orders. We just wish they’d all be more considerate to other customers and baristas as well. Patience really is key.

If it’s placed in adequate amounts of time and you wait a good 10-15 mins before picking up. There’s people who place a mobile of (14 drinks) and moments later come asking for it like huhhh??? I don’t blame you for picking it up in drive (less chance of mishap /dropping a drink :/ & hopefully to get you out in time to return back to work). Imagine it the other way around your trying to pickup your coffee run and in a rush to return to work and the person in front of you orders 8 venti frappes 2 shaken espressos, and 2 Pikes . Now your returning to work with warm coffee :/, melted down frappes :/, cold soggy food :/ Like they mentioned no problem just pack your patience and consider the following….

Oh no picking it up in drive thru is completely fine! As long as you're patient and understanding! The problem is that people place orders at the speaker box for a million drinks when they should really be ordering it and store it if they're going to be placing a huge order. It's fine to pick up in the drive-thru though if you mobile order it like in your situation🙂
