You may have already been earning the max for your title and area. We lost a tenured partner over that raise, as they were denied.

Babe I’ve been a partner since ‘09 and I’m barely making $1.50 more than brand new partners.
Unionize.

doubt it... the range should be atleast 4-5 bucks I'd say like from min - max
example:
baristas:
(min) 16.20 - (max) 20.40
etc etc... a 75 cent difference should not be the max

Not really. My region starting barista pay is $12 and I am at the cap at $13.75

that's so odd! I wonder if it varies what the like range is by market. that socks tho I'm sorry

Im an experienced barista that left starbiez in ‘16 after a year then came back in ‘19. I only make a $.76 more than our newest green bean 🙃. Never got that raise in January either but y’kno.. “we’re investing in our partners”

It should be automatic for everyone, so if you didn’t get a pay raise it might have just been an accident.

I have no idea, that’s would be a question for corporate.

I’ve been with the company since 2008 and I got a whopping zero cent raise in January. I know very, very few people who got a raise in January. Vast majority of partners got nothing.

Example, if the raise was 10% more than new hire and you were already making more than 10% you get nothing. I forget what the raises were, but that’s how it was explained to me. I don’t think a single tenured partner got any kind of raise in January.
