It really depends on the store. I’ve covered shifts at 5 other locations in my district and they all have different vibes. My store is the busiest but runs with a skeleton staff. The store two blocks down from me isn’t as busy but also has more people on the floor. Another store in my district runs with the same amount of people my store does but makes half the sales so it doesn’t feel overwhelming.
