Does anyone use the care@work benefit? How does it work? Does starbucks pay for the whole cost of the care needed? (I need child care) I’m having a hard time maneuvering the care.com website and my manger doesn’t know much about it.

I used it a long time ago and I want to say that I called instead of using the website. I used all 10 days and 10 hours each day and it cost me$100 BUT months later I got hit with the taxes from what the total cost was and it took my whole paycheck. I needed the support so either way it was worth it. I just would have appreciated knowing the tax part upfront.
