Current tarbucks barista but I was a former corporate barista. Idk if it’s across the board but my target sucks at training. The best baristas at my stores were the ones with corporate experience because they were actually trained properly. Corporate puts HEAVY emphasis on speed and sequencing while no one besides 2 baristas at my target can make more than one drink at a time. Again, I don’t know how you were trained at your licensed store, but it’s very different from corporate training. Just be prepared to nail sequencing and such <3 good luck!
