Everytime I clock in I feel the anxiety set in because I just know after the first 30 minutes I’ll be soaked in sweat. Best of all is there’s no awning over our drive through and we have East facing windows so every morning shift is pure hell. If I have one more customer joke about me needing sunscreen and sun glasses I’m gonna lose it 🫠

Florida here, first thing I do every day I come in is turn the ACs down as far as they’ll go.

Once our AC broke and we worked 3 while days with the inside at 88° F. Our DM wouldn't let us shut down unless it hit 90 🙃
