Mostly getting talked to about why our numbers aren't what they should be.

So…do they talk about solutions? And how that policy should disperse to your partners?

Sometimes lately my district has been trying to focus on the partner experience especially since the labor cuts :/

i overheard management whining about how mean the unions are, complaining that too many baristas were "abusing" the covid leave system by getting sick, and then they planned a barbecue for themselves. :|

Ah yes. This is more like my experience. I wondered if it was just us.

my stupid gm and sm were talking the other day about how “our business has significantly dropped” so my sm started cutting peoples hours and sending people home

…there’s a reason business sucks. It’s because service sucks.

no. we have been the nicest to our customers. our drinks correction and satisfaction rating has been the highest since we have been open. the only bad experiences customers have are when we are out of product, then they get upset with us and we try to explain how we can’t control shipments, and they leave negative reviews. also people complain about wait when we take time and attention into making their drinks. our service doesn’t suck, the corporation does.
