Is anyone else having trouble changing their password in Teamworks lately? Several people at my store say it keeps glitching out when they go to change it, and they have to call the Enterprise #.

Have you tried changing the password through the IPad and using password help?

Yes, repeatedly with the same error on store devices and at home. I called today, but from home. I was given a new password, but it won't let me log on still. It tells me the password expired 🙃 I'm going to try resetting it again from my store. *sigh*
