Is it a Good Idea to ask for a Set Work Schedule in Interview? Is a set Work Schedule Possible, or Does it just Depend? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hello. So I actually used to work at Starbucks a year ago, but due to the pandemic and other factors the store I was working at was extremely hectic and unorganized. We ended up going through 4 different store managers, and the one we ended up with was the worst. He was completely unprepared, obviously overwhelmed but also would not listen to any suggestions, especially from his female coworkers. I remember asking if I could change my work schedule because I was in school, he said he would but never did. This back and forth went on for months. Eventually I quit because I had a lot going with school, family and I just needed to step back from Starbucks and get my priorities straight. Recently I replied to a different Starbucks and have a scheduled interview coming up. I was wondering would it be wise to ask (or just make it known that I would want a set schedule) for a set concrete schedule when I go on this interview? Is this even attainable in this field of work? Am I asking for something too unreasonable? I really want each week to look the same/I want a consistent schedule. Does anyone else understand this desire?
The reason I want a set shift/work schedule is because I am still a student and have other side hustles that will need my time and attention. Looking back on my previous barista experience, I realize that what overwhelmed me the most was the unpredictable shift schedule. For example at the beginning of my week my schedule would be set, but by Tuesday my entire schedule would change then the next weeks schedule would change. The amount of hours that I would work would also go up and down by extremes. This inconsistency was perhaps due to that unqualified manager, but still I would really like everything to stay the same week after week. Im just afraid if I ask for this I won't get the job and Im also not sure if I should ask for a specific amount of hours or just act completely open to anything they give me because I want the job. Any advice for my situation?? THANKS
