[TRENTA RANT] Y'all ever get so fed up with one particular coworker it makes you wanna quit? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I've been an ssv for over a year at least and there's this one...special barista at my store that I transferred to that never ceases to get on my nerves. She's older than everyone else on the team (except our SM, both only barely in their 40s but we're mostly mid 20's with a few minors) so she thinks that that automatically makes her right and that everyone else is stupid and wrong. She's expressed interest in being a shift lead in her years employed, never got it. Gee, I wonder why? Maybe you're insufferable so why would they want you to lead them when you're also incapable? On top of being all-around obnoxious. Apologies for my editorializing.
So many straws broke the camel's back but I think the one that really did it in was her trying to argue with me during peak when I asked her to stop making drinks out of sequence (at least 5 drinks in a row) she'd hand off from drive bar and say "out of order!" when I'd JUST TOLD HER WHAT DRINK I NEEDED AT WINDOW. I don't give a damn about this frappuccino, I needed that latte damn near 5 mins ago but you let the shots die 4 mins after the milk was done steaming because you were "multi-tasking".
Yes, this is partially due to the opener shift running the shift not optimally today but REGARDLESS this particular person is aggressive, self-righteous, and downright miserable to be around. Makes me wanna quit but I don't have anything better lined up. Anyone else in a similar boat?
