Nitro weekly cleaning (self.starbucksbaristas)

My store's Nitro machine is stuck on the weekly Nitro cleaning screen (apparently has been for a couple days) ...I've tried to complete the cleaning cycle but it's stuck (says 0oz remaining for the cleaning solution purge) but it still produces cb/ncb like normal from the taps.
How do I get it off of that screen?
