I'm guessing not hugely different, but I have seen some differences over things like what is a flat white? What colour is strawberry acai? Was gingerbread syrup discontinued??? Also it's gonna vary massively by store as well. If you have any specific questions you're just curious about I'm happy to answer!! Though it is 2:30am here aha (whoops)

flat whites are like lattes but whole milk instead of 2% milk and ristretto shots. also the amount of espresso shots are different than lattes, 1-2-2-3 i believe.
strawberry açai is like a reddish colour by itself and then obviously whatever you mix it with changes the tone and shade.
my store doesn’t have gingerbread syrup and I’ve never heard of it but i can’t say for sure if it’s discontinued

The flat white here is whole milk and 2 shots. A cortado is the same thing but 2 ristretto shots, and both drinks only come in the short size! I saw a post about a venti soy flat white and I was so confused??
Strawberry acai base here is a weird pale yellow colour? Shaking it with the strawberries is what turns it pink. I'm guessing because some colourants are illegal here, maybe that's why yours is red/pink?
