This is the result of a homeless man and put security guard fighting. The man came in with no shoes on and very aggressive and when our security guard said he had to leave (after we gave him a water) the dude just went crazy and starting fighting out security guard and our guard threw him threw that door. That whole altercation was just intense I made sure my baristas were okay. I’m very thankful that another shift was their with me. We were able to calm each other down and she called the police and I called the SM and made sure everything was taken care of. There was a person in the store during the entire fight and those were here sandals. Idk how they came off considering she was in a wheel chair. We made sure she was okay but she just left out of no where before the police arrived.
What made this whole situation worse was how the customers reacted! 🫠🤬🤬

My old store was closed yesterday and today because Starbucks ignored our tickets about the plumbing for so long that it finally backed up into the store. They had no functional bathrooms even after it was cleaned up so they had to stay closed. Suddenly there was a plumber available immediately. Like magic. 🙄🙄
