Restroom cleaner is NOT food safe but it sure does clean the drains and drain pieces FAST. If food doesn't touch it I use restroom cleaner.
Anything you clean. Spray it with your cleaner of choice, let it sit for a couple minutes, and then wipe it down. You use a lot less elbow grease and get done a lot faster.

Urnex is for stainless steel. It works great on the sinks, spoons, steaming pitchers, pump parts…anything stainless! I’ve closed the wash compartment of the sink and mixed up a few packs of Urnex and water and soaked everything I could in it. Use a stiff brush to scrub it all, rinse, sanitize and run it through the Hobart a few times.
Not clean play specific, this is for every night closing — for the final wipe down of counters use blue cleaning spray and a paper towel! NOT a wet cloth towel. The wet towels will leave streaks and it just doesn’t look clean.

If you are the ssv running the shift i would do the hard cleaning jobs during the shift and then just use the extra hour to close like normal. It helps get out on time
