This is stressful to the point where I picked up smoking again after 2 years quitting.

I had my first one after 5 years the other day because my shift was just chaos, and no matter what I did I could not get the ship to stop sinking. Being a shift should come with a smoking warning.

I almost started smoking near the end before I quit. Instead I just walk off the floor and go outside of the building
