Fortunately I haven't had any pushback from my SM/DM or any of the customers, because each time I was basically running an entire closing shift with 3 people and still had to run breaks and do shift stuff (leaving only 2 on the floor). Its not only a pattern now, but also is killing our sales, dropping our scores (which i only care about because i have to hear about them each shift meeting), and neutering our earned labor. It also is making me personally feel like the bad guy, because even if there are other shifts I am the one who ends up making the call, locking the doors, posting the signs, and kicking people out.
Time to ask for another raise.
