Some of our customers are fucking idiots.

People always think that things like that are being done to them. They don't Factor anything else in. They just think that it's happening to them just because what they want is not available. What about us employees? It's happening to us too because then we got to deal with the angry people that think it's only happening to them. But of course they don't think about that and they just have a one-track mind and think about themselves and how it sucks that we don't have what they want

yesss! i work in a high volume store so most days we are out of at least one or more things. today we didn’t have half & half and a lady pulled up in drive thru and order her drink with it & kept saying you don’t have half and half? seriously ? not any? like ma’am no matter how much you ask isn’t gonna make some magically pop up!!! another time we were down to our last few cartons of oat milk so we started informing customers we were out and finishing the last of it on already ordered drinks so this lady pulled up and said you don’t have oat milk? i was like no sorry we ran out… she’s like there’s some right there (someone left a carton out)… i felt like dear in the headlights anyway she tried to reorder but i told her it was basically empty
