Hey all- recently i’ve been having to wear a wrist brace because i’ve been dealing with carpell tunnel like pain. i went to my doctor and he said it’s from repetitive fine motion movements.

Chiropractor visits should fall under benefits 🥰 also, if they can say it happened from sbux I would make a call to Sedgwick 👀

It's our workers comp company, if the injury is work related, which it sounds like it is, then they may cover all of the Dr. Visit and whatever else you may need dude to the injury

I’ve had carpell tunnel for about three years. The only relief I found was going to the chiropractor. I go once a week and it’s finally brought me relief.

YES! I would occasionally get wrist pain from working so much but as soon as I started working at SB (I have a full time job and SB is a side hustle for me so I average anywhere from 45-60 hours a week) one or both of my wrists hurt every day. My other job is food service as well and I make coffee there too so my hands are killing at the end of long days😭

My old SM eventually had to have surgery because her wrists were so bad. But she'd still be up there solo barring during peak, with her wrist braces on. She's a fucking beast.
