there's a blatantly transphobic ssv at my store, she purposely misgenders me all the time, especially when im not there and i've been told she gets mad when people correct her. she's been talked to by my SM and my DM about this more than once and im genuinely debating doing a formal report with partner resources bc it's going beyond just misgendering and gone into her treating me like absolute garbage compared to everyone, in front of everyone, to the point i debate calling out of any shift i know i have to work with her during

i dont even really know what to do at this point because im just so tired of it but im also trying to promote up into another store or just flat out find a new job and it's purely bc of her that i want out so badly. it's exhausting to know i'm going to be treated like shit during a shift simply because i dared to exist as a trans person
