Is decorating for pride month against Policy ? My SM took down our decorations and it really offended some partners… (self.starbucksbaristas)

It's up to your SM, unfortunately. They have discretion to allow it or bring the cafe back to planogram standard if they choose. Additionally, if your SM had left them up, your DM can override them, and require a reset.

Im so sorry :( our store is decorated to the max and we keep adding more. I wish all SM’s were cool about it because it really has seemed to make our customers happy

Technically yes we aren’t supposed to decorate for any holidays, but it’s stupid and should be ignored

We didn’t even get to put up a Christmas tree a couple of years ago, so officially it’s not like you’re guaranteed to be allowed to put up anything

In my store it came from the RD that we couldn’t decorate at all and follow sirens eye to the T

i think it is up to the SM, but you could definitely make a complaint to your DM
