One of the shifts at my store just got terminated because she was late to an opening shift and told the opening baristas not to tell our SM. They told our SM. She had been late in the past before too and other write ups so she was already on a final notice for a long time. I’ll miss her though, she was funny.

had a shift be continually late and then got a corrective action that said if she was late again in ___ amount of days she’d be fired . the next day she was the mid shift and told the closing shift our manager said she could leave an hour early and then left an hour early.. turns out our manager did not say that and she didn’t even ask her if she could leave early so she got fired bc technically she was late just in reverse u know.

I fired one of my shifts a few years back for consistently being rude to our customers and closing the store without telling me in order to do less work. In our sit down corrective action, they just admitted to it all LOL.

had a transfer shift get fired at my store for cursing at a barista and then walking out of the store. he came into work the next day and was shocked when he got fired.
