There are drink recipe cards, and there's a cheat sheet you can download from the hub. Ask your SM or trainer about them.

Use the app to memorize drink recipes or there’s quizlet flash cards which I used constantly bc the job was so fun and “addicting” I wanted to just keep learning more and after a month I was all set

There’s no reference you just go from memory there are iPads in each store with recipes on them but that takes too long

advice is training on dto you can study how to make the drinks by looking at the ingredients and amounts on the right side , that’s how i got more comfortable with bar :)

While memorizing each drink could work, you could also just memorize the bases of the drinks. (Number of pumps, shots, etc.) so once you know what a drink is, usually you can get a baseline of what goes into a specific drink. Yes there are some rules that you just have to remember, but it’ll give you a good start.
Also don’t be scared to ask your coworkers about drinks. If it’s a good store with lots of healthy partner relations, then they’ll be happy to explain it to you.

there should be drink recipe cards and on the side of our cafe bar it has a lil pumps/shots cheat sheet but idk if everyone has that. the starbucks app is good if you want a quick check of a drink, or the register if you have time. other than that, before i got hired i just googled lists of the recipes lol
