If you're running late, how about you don't come to Starbucks? (self.starbucksbaristas)

It ticks me off when I'm barring and people who are going to work blame me for being the reason they're running late when I'm already moving fast and pumping out drinks.

Like dude, no, I got your sticker less than 10 seconds ago, I've started steaming your milk and your shots are queued up, and ALSO you voluntarily came to Starbucks during peak, and decided to pin your poor time management on a random employee.

If you're running late, how about, don't come to Starbucks? You can survive off of just regular old brewed coffee for a day, your Venti iced brown sugar espresso with three pumps of white mocha, six pumps of vanilla, and vanilla cold foam is not a necessity. I am not responsible for your poor time management.

Not to mention the existence of mobile order. If you really want to be in and out just order earlier.

But theyre lazy lol those types of people that blame their poor time management on employees are too lazy to go in the app and pick out and customize what they want. Those types of people want to be catered to by having someone else take their order so they can blame it on someone else cuz they knew they left the house late. People love complaining. If they mobile ordered and were still running late, who could they complain to? Nobody lol so if they kno they have poor time management, they order at the store so they can have someone else to blame it on and yell st. Its ridiculous. Like ur an adult lol how could u sit there and blame an employee cuz u came at a busy time and didnt mobile order and u got a customized ass drink or didnt account for a bunch of people leaving their homes on time and going to that same starbucks at the same time as u lol

Yesterday someone yelled at us and stormed out because her frap was taking too long and she’d come back for it.

I looked at the sticker. It had been three minutes.

As someone who used to work in an office, nothing would tick ME off more than when my co-worker would come in late with Starbucks.

Especially when she was 30 minutes late, leaving all of the ringing phones to me. Our boss wouldn't notice & it drove me nuts. She finally got written up for it & was on time for an entire week. Then she started being late again & finally was fired because of it.

But still, I managed to get my Starbucks AND be on time.
