I’m really upset that they aren’t giving a bigger bonus to the trainers, yet are adding on 20 more hours for trainees….. I think it’s great green beans have more time to learn but at the same time $75 is not worth that 40 hours of training after tax. At least give a consistent .50 raise or even $150 :/// idk it just doesn’t feel fair imo
