I officially put my 2 weeks in today. I’m just sick and tired of all the lies, the disrespect, toxic ass situation that is my store. I used to have a passion for Starbucks, to work but I’m burnt out and just can’t anymore. This tired barista is just done.

Man. I went to put in my two weeks notice right as I clocked in. Got told to speak to the GM. They tried writing me up, I said nvm. I’m actually walking out now.

Not necessarily the company but the manager i work for. They promised when I transferred to their store I would be trained to become an ssv. I’ve given them no reason not too but they refuse to train and promote me.

That sucks. No manager should ever make a promise like that. That's not how promotions work. You have to apply and interview for it.

I did. I applied and was “hired” at their location as an ssv but never received training. Upon asking multiple times, she said “it will happen soon”. Never did.
