The cafiza tablets work WONDERFULLY for those tea pitchers with extreme buildup. Pop three of those suckers in there And let it sit. You can wipe it out with minimal effort. *Chef's kiss* people at my store were cleaning them very well and my elbow grease wasn't enough.

This is why I hate when people rely on the Hobart to do all their cleaning work for them. If it looks pristine and you just need it sanitized, great. Otherwise, scrub your dishes challenge 2k22.

I'm having this issue with our pumps too! Everyone either throws it staright into Hobart, or attempts to take apart and loses all the pieces. Some days I go in with the small scrub brush/pipe cleaner thingies and the amount of dirt build up in insane

Toss In the Hobart, then while still hot use the sanitizer wipes. Doesn't always do 100%, but gets rid of a lot ~fast~
