Hi guys,

I had a question. My SM and I had some issues with the availability request, as mine ran out and she didn’t remember what days I couldn’t work. She scheduled me for a day I work my other job and now I’m not sure what to do. I’ve asked eight people for coverage and most of them have said no and two have ignored me for a few days.

What do I do if the day rolls around and I can’t come in but I also have no coverage? Do I just call in?

I don’t want to do that, but it’s my only option. My shift at my other job isn’t covered and I’ve pledged my Saturdays to them.

I explained to her and even resubmitted a new availability. She said because the new one isn’t in affect and the schedule has been posted, that I need to find coverage.

if you can’t find coverage then they have to basically work ur shift. That’s why they are the manager.
