I was hired after the whole ”May 2nd” but I’m not starting at 15. I’m hoping I’ll be eligible for the raise in august. I’ll try to ask tomorrow during training

My sm told me during my interview that all baristas will be bumped up to $15 an hr in August. I think the 3% is for partners hired previously/in places where the min wage is higher than $15. That's how I interpreted it anyway. I'll be asking the closer we get to August, too.

If they were hired before may 2nd they get either $15 or the 3% raise. Which ever is better. So for people in markets that are already $15 they should get the extra 3%.
After may 2nd is just up to $15. If they are in a market that is already $15 they don’t get anything additional.

This is my understanding too. I’m a shift and I’m expecting to be bumped up to $19 beginning August. Do you know if this info is on the hub somewhere? If so, where? Thank you!

It will actually be 19.05, since that is 27% above 15. Idk where to look on the hub

I’ve always heard shifts are paid 27% more than baristas but I would love to see it on something official. 🤷🏻♀️😂
