We also had our registers go down twice today + stickers stopped printing for a few minutes

Our store basically told everyone we can only take cash or mobile orders currently cuz our card machines are down.

I hope this is fixed before I clock in today. Hope y’all aren’t getting yelled at by irrationally upset customers 🫡

Ours were down for about 4 hours today. I was told by a customer that a different restaurant down the street was down too, so my guess is that it was an issue with the major credit/debit companies

happened to my store too!! it went on all day. i was talking to a customer and they said the movie theaters cards were down. after work i went to get a new license and the DLD there’s were down too.

Seems like it was everywhere. It was a damn mess while on window. We put a sign up but I still had to tell customers because god forbid people read. It better not act up tomorrow or I'm gonna fist fight our system haha

yes!!! super slow and declining half the cards. started working again around 5ish based on when i checked. so weird. lots of angry people

Almost all of Virginia was down too. Any retail store I went to had a sign saying theirs was down, including my store. My phone was also glitching all day. It was definitely something with electronic servers or something. (Definitely gonna be a government conspiracy or some shit)

yes! ours was being so slow and ended up shitting the bed so we could only do app payments and cash

ours were completely down today! the drive thru one straight up died so we had to bring everyone’s cards to the front register to ring them up
