Skip going to your manager, they haven’t been helpful, and go straight to the DM. If I had this person on a shift I’d get fired day 1 because that’s just disrespectful and unprofessional. We are adults here to earn a paycheck. This isn’t high school where bullies don’t have consequences. The higher ups and HR need to know about this

i’m sorry you have to deal with this. i’m a new barista so i’m not sure what you should do, but i would talk to a manager about how you’re feeling. def not a happy environment to be in!!

talk to your manager and bring up the sexual harassment if they dont do anything you can contact your dm who will most likely take it more seriously

Go over your SM and DM, file a complaint with corporate and get as many of your coworkers as possible to file as well. Leverage any customers you have good relations with and get them to post negative reviews specifically calling out the probably quite visible bad behavior of this a-hole. If there' one thing corporate hates, it's bad press, customers are your most effective weapon.

i’m honestly not sure about the starbucks policy on sexual harassment, because i’ve never personally dealt with it before, but what i do know is that multiple incidents of harassment of ANY kind is fireable. and i would say you have multiple instances, and seems like you have other partners to back up your claims if you need. i’m not sure if you have a good relationship with your store manager or how you think they’d handle this but i think it would probably result in at least something if you talked to them about it. and if not your sm, if you have a shift you trust you could tell them you want to say something and hopefully they would back you up. and if your sm doesn’t listen, it’s a very safe bet that your district manager will. i know all districts and stores are different, but as a shift, from my experience starbucks policies are very strict on any kind of harassment and also on customer connection and i think you have plenty of evidence to get this guy some consequences for his actions for sure
edit i also recognize that talking to your dm if needed is very intimidating but i promise you it’s worth it. they can work some real magic
