Some off y’all’s stores sounds absolutely terrible and i’m sorry. Just reading what some of y’all post, i can’t believe y’all have managers or employees like that, they wouldn’t last a day in our store without getting sent home or talked to. You should be able to go to work and feel safe. Shouldn’t have to worry about certain employees or getting yelled at for stupid things.

Agreed. I hope people use the resources available to them to turn in the violations of policy as well. Work should be safe, and while SMS and shifts are not per se required to be fun, they should at least not be openly hostile.

I always try to remind people that while it’s true corporate doesn’t care about you personally, they also know turnover costs tons of money, so they actually have a vested interest in you having a positive workplace, hence they give partners the tools to report supervisors and have a direct line to HR.
