i never said it was better but i also know its not an immediate process. in august ill be making $20 an hour, which still isnt entirely liveable but its progress right? maybe im being too positive about it all and i will always agree theres room for better treatment, but i really do have SOME hope in howie until he proves that wrong. i know people who wanted to work in higher positions just to work with him which is a green flag for me. people wanted coffee academy back, he listened. we’re moving back towards coffee store rather than fast food which is what i really want out of this job. i know he’ll never be entirely eye to eye with the people actually behind the counter. but i do think hes doing better than the other ceo who just cared about speed and consumer wants
