Please read the sticker before taking a drink PLEASE. I had like three drinks taken today because they all looked like black iced coffees and whoever ordered one of them just grabbed whichever one they wanted. I remade a black iced coffee, a black americano, and a cold brew like .. YALL. We were so busy and I had to scramble to figure out where the drinks I just made went and had to keep remaking things.

That literally happened the other day at my store the other day except with food. I mean it happens with drinks every single day at my store but the other day it got really bad with people doing that with the foods. So this one guy came in the morning to pick up his drink and food. I'm not too sure what the drink was but regardless he picked up a food item as well and then he ended up leaving. And then not too long after, we had a customer come in and they found their drink sitting there but not their food. So the guy that originally came in to pick up his food and drink ended up taking somebody else's food which means his food was left there at the mobile order pick up area and then it caused just a really horrible chain reaction of people picking up the wrong food and it all started with the one guy lol I literally wanted to pull my hair out that day

That’s what happened to me!!! I saw the drinks still sitting on mobile bar after a while. I also had another guy take someone else’s food except he brought it back after like five minutes AND PUT IT BACK ON THE BAR FOR THE PERSON TO PICK UP. I saw it and threw it away like .. why.

Lmao these adult can't seem to use their voice. The same type of people that would reach around counters and extend their arms over counters instead of asking for something are the same types of people that pick up a wrong drink or food and then when they end up realizing it, they put it back on the counter without saying a word or take a sip of a drink and put it back by the mobile order area without saying a word. I do not understand some humans. I totally would have addressed him if somebody did that at my store and I saw it. That's just incredibly inconsiderate and rude to do that and not even notify the barista about the situation.

EVERY FUCKING DAY this happens at my store. It ENRAGES me.
This dude was standing around for like 10 mins staring at me while I'm on bar, I thought he was just being a creep honestly cuz we do get alot of those....I
I'm finally like, "hey are you waiting for a drink?" And he's like "ya a venit vanilla latte" I look at the counter, some bitch took his and left hers which was A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DRINK SIZE AND ALL.
He was the most patient human and I felt like an asshole for assuming he was a creep but I gave him a recovery card and he wasn't even mad.

The Fact that so many of our damn customers feel so high and mighty and empowered with degrees and all they almost always FAIL to have common sense or even basic knowledge like such… Fucking Reading 😤🤦🏻🙈
