I got hired last week and will be starting training soon. I know that up to $5000 is annually covered for therapy. I’ve never had access to therapy before and feel like I could really use it to help with my depression. And I’d like to start it as soon as possible.

For some reason, I couldn’t find much on how to access the coverage. I’d like some guidance if other Canadians have used it?
