Current or past ASM… what did you make?? What was your raise from your SSV rate?? Were you able to negotiate??

Started at $44,500. It bumped up to $47,000 (ish) when they implemented the 20% differentiation above the ssv starting pay in your market. I didn’t have luck negotiating.
