It won't harm you, but I know my manager used it as an excuse to gaslit me more often than not. There were a few times however when I pulled that card to report a coworker that was being extremely abusive, and it definitely made her check her behavior when I filed a complaint about her to PCC. It won't make managers go any easier on you if you have a bad day and need off, and not if you get sick more often either. Unfortunately regardless of your disability status, they will pry all the labor they can from you.

No one sees this information it’s for demographic purposes only. I’m an SM and I never know what someone selects, only if they choose to share it with me

i believe no establishment is allowed to discriminate against any sort of disability, depression including. whether managers follow that...is depending on the person lol
but in my experience, its been no issue! my manager actually really cares about all our partners and she's very accomadating. she tries to help find coverage if needed. for stuff like physical disablilities or restrained movement, partners get positions easier on them or stuff like more breaks.
i guess it really depends on the manager, but for us it's really no big deal!
