So I was asked to become a barista trainer but I just noticed on the schedule I’m already put down for training and new barista. I think I can make do but do I not need any extra training before taking on a green bean??? I’m so scared I’m going to lead them wrong.

You do need some training, it’s 1 my learning module and it takes like 20-30 minutes, it get a little packet to follow, I train baristas the way I wish I was trained

You have the packet but you also have a resource on the tablet for training activities that will help you.
