Just had a guy come by in drive with 16 drinks. This fucking sucked for me because I’m training someone on cold bar but had to split with me on hot bar and my trainee on cold since my store is down bad on people. This dude was such a hassle to the DTO barista and would just spew out drinks and make her recount and check everything at both the screen and at window.

We had him pull around because of course he’s not gonna sit at our window and tank our times. This dude was such a piece of work though because after all his drinks were made he had to audacity to say he was missing one.

I asked him for his receipt and checked off the drinks but he kept fucking confusing his shitty iPhone note pad checklist as each line as a separate drink so that kept messing HIS count up. He had the balls to say “this shouldnt be hard” when I was confused over his imaginary drink. I just was like “ok” , went over to POS to print him a new receipt so he can double check again himself, and at the end he said a meek thank you.

No fucking tip btw. Literally could have avoided this all by coming into our cafe or even mobile ordered. But yea drink cap for drive when? Cause this was bullshit. So glad I decaf’d all the espresso drinks after seeing his behavior towards the DTO barista.
