I told her that she would have to pay for another drink because we made it exactly how she ordered it. Also, it was curdling when she got there because she decided to add nonfat:(

😆 I feel like she must have made a mistake when ordering this monstrosity since all the edits would make sense if it hadn't been a lemonade and it had been some sort of milky coffee drink. That's not your guy's fault and I'm glad you stood your ground.

Do u kno if they picked it up and/or if they took a sip and liked it? Im always curious when I see these ungodly concoction on here, I'm always curious to know if they end up picking it up and liking it or if they return it at any point and try to get something else. But I don't understand why anybody would ever come to that conclusion or come up with that recipe that it would be a great idea to mix the mango dragon fruit with chocolate cream foam

At my store we charge for no ice.. why? You’re getting extra coffee, juice or what ever for no additional charge so we started charging for that and if they don’t want the no ice and to not have the cup filled we pour until the 3rd line and leave the rest of the cup empty.. also the grande in a venti cup thing we pour into a grande cup to the third line fill and ice to the top of the cup then pour that grande cup into a venti and leave the reminding space empty. It’s people trying to get extra while paying less people are greedy so we changed that at are store and serval other stores around us has followed

When I worked at tarbucks we charged for anything that wasn't normally in the drink. Each pump of syrup.
If they got no ice/no water we had to charge for extra of the components they did get.
The app was also weird with us so if they used a 150 reward it would cover the core drink but not any additions like shots etc.
Customers were so mad at us all the time.

Yeah we also charge for extra scoops of fruit inclusions.. those bags are like 11 bucks a BAGG and people be asking for like 5 scoops and normally it wouldn’t charge.. that is making us lose money as well so we started to charge 80 cents per scoop extra that wasn’t what the Starbucks drink came with

Actually it got me a promotion for coming up with the idea and after about two months the manager seen an increase of profit and not losing so much from all the no ice orders… do you relise how much are items cost the store?? I bet you have zero clue so in all actuality it got me from being payed 13.50 to 19.50 an hour for being a manager now

so ass kissing got u a promotion. whoopty doo, being a cop over inventory doesn’t make it right. also how do you charge? do u manually change the price because that’s not right….
i’ve been a shift for 3 of the 5 years and guess what, my check has stayed consistent even with quarterly price increases, whereas our wages have been stagnant. so not only are you a boot licking cop but ur also an underpaid one.

Nope I’m being payed 19.50 an hour at age 20 while in college so it’s great for me and it isn’t bootie licking anything. It’s business I’m in school for business and want to run my own place some day so it’s something I just wanted to do to help out with out even wanting a promotion and at the end of it I got one anyways… so no

How much did the CEO get paid as a bonus again? How much does Tarbucks make as a company?
I’m not fussing over charging for ice. Is it annoying yes. But we waste so much product when we have to remake drinks or “make the moment right” that it seems a bit weird to get hung up on charging for more of drink because they asked for no ice.

Their is a difference for looking at out for what’s best for a company and then bossing around everybody that is under me.. if anything I see my self as a human just like them with the only difference I just have a higher name to the company then them but it’s not even about at all actually
