It’s tricky because your compression gloves probably can’t be washed when you wash your hands. It’s basically the same issue as having bandaids on your hands. I’d try to see if it works ok for you to have food service gloves covering the compression gloves that you can change out at the appropriate hand washing times, bc that’s what’s done when people need bandages on their hands.

The coffee gear website actually sells gloves! They aren't fingerless, and they will cost you around $20 I think, but they supposedly have some type of antibacterial agent laced in the fabric. I don't know exactly what it is, but it explains it on the site. And if anyone gives you a hard time, just show them the site and the apron with check mark in the top right of the pic (signifying that it is within the dress code)
Edit: I just went back onto the site and it says that the gloves are mainly for select outdoor roles. I don't think that they are warm enough for that, but it also says it's up to each store to interpret the dress code in reference to the gloves so idk

I think that health code would not allow the gloves as they can't be washed the same way your bare hands can. I'm not an expert though.

No, to build upon what others have said about handwashing, you also cannot wear anything that might cause sweat to drip into the food being prepared. ie: watches, bracelets, rings. As another partner shared, the gloves sold on coffee gear are for outdoor use or DTR (as long as the DTR person does not assist with any food/drink prep/gathering).

No. You would need to call the PRSC and ask for an accommodation. And they will say no.

I’d assume so. They’re fine with us doing bar without any gloves usually lol. I’m sure it wouldn’t matter if u did wear those
