Are you also confused when it says Oatmilk 1/4 Almond 1/2, Nonfat 3/4, etc…?

It’s the amount of milk you add to the drink (if its a drink that doesn’t default get made with milk, such as an americano, iced/hot coffee, cold brew, tea, or refresher).

it’s a mocha so i usually don’t see any numbers on the tag

On what tag? On the drink’s sticker that prints out after a customer orders? If so, then the person on register is charging incorrectly by not charging at all for non-dairy. If it’s a mocha made with oatmilk, it should just say “Oatmilk” on the sticker. If it has the amount on it (1/4, 1/2, 3/4, etc…) then the person on register isn’t charging for the milk, and they need to be properly trained for how to ring drinks up.

damn she the real mvp

Conversely, you may also be getting part oat milk and part 2%. Quite a few customers at my store want mixed milks (for whatever nonsensical reason), so if I got this ticket I’d make it with half Oat and half 2%. So not sure she’s the mvp.

To be clear, because nobody has said it yet, it’s 1/2 of an INCH (and 1/4 inch, 3/4 inch) of whichever milk

Edit: I cannot spell
